Responsibilities
- Support service users to live safely, comfortably and independently
- Assist with personal care, medication and daily routines
- Encourage choice, dignity, respect and person-centred support
- Help with community activities, appointments and social engagement
- Promote independence and emotional wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with families, professionals and the wider team
- Maintain accurate notes and care records
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year care or support experience
- A Full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- A kind, patient and empathetic approach
- Good communication skills and reliability
- Sponsorship available – UK only
