Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in a care home setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting others and ensuring their well-being. WE HAVE A SPONSORSHIP LICENCE FOR THIS VACANCY.
Duties
– Assist residents with daily tasks such as personal care, dressing, and eating
– Support in the implementation of care plans
– Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
– Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
– Help residents engage in recreational activities
– Maintain a clean and organised living environment
Requirements
– Previous experience in care home or home care settings is desirable
– Ability to use basic IT systems for record keeping
– Strong communication skills in English
– Compassionate nature and willingness to provide high-quality care
Own transport desirable
Shifts pattern 07.00pm to 07.00am. Working 24.5 hours per week, various days
Expected hours: 24.5 per week
