About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Male Deputy Manager for our Ofsted-registered EBD children’s home in the London Borough of Redbridge.
Essential Requirements
- Must be male (due to the needs of the home)
- Valid UK driving licence and confident driver
- Good spoken and written English
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Deputy in an EBD children’s home
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and behaviour management
- Skilled in report writing and professional communication
- Ability to liaise effectively with social workers and other agencies
- Able to act as a positive role model for young people
- Provides consistent leadership and supports staff and YP
Salary
- £31,992 per year (approx. £12.82 per hour)
