Are you an organised, self-starter with a great phone manner looking for a flexible, part-time remote role?
Hunt & Taylor Electrical Services, a reputable electrical company, is seeking a proactive and professional individual to join our team as a Remote Office Administrator & Sales Support.
This unique hybrid role requires a dynamic person capable of managing essential administrative duties while also driving sales through effective communication, all from your home office. This position is initially one day per week (with flexible working hours to be discussed) and holds the potential to extend in frequency and become a long-term position for the successful candidate.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Sales Calls: Making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to discuss our electrical services, qualify leads, and book appointments/quotes for our electricians.
- Customer Service: Answering inbound calls professionally, providing information, and directing enquiries as needed.
- Administrative Management: Handling day-to-day office tasks remotely, including managing and organising digital files, processing incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails), and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Booking and Scheduling: Assisting with the scheduling of appointments, site visits, and estimates using our digital systems.
- General Support: Providing administrative support to the management team as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Office Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or similar customer-facing role is essential.
- Sales Confidence: Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, persuasive, and professional telephone manner. Experience with outbound calling or lead generation is a plus.
- Remote Setup: A reliable internet connection, a suitable private workspace, and competence in using digital communication tools (e.g., video conferencing, cloud storage).
- Highly Organised: Exceptional time management and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Self-Motivated: The ability to work independently and manage the single day’s workload efficiently without direct supervision.
- IT Proficiency: Competent in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, email, and basic CRM/scheduling systems).

- Role: Office Administrator & Sales Support
- Contract: Temporary (with a view to extending/becoming permanent)
- Hours: Initially 1 day per week (approx. 7–8 hours).
- Location: 100% Remote Working (must be UK-based).
- Salary: Competitive hourly rate (TBD based on experience).
