FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview

If you have not worked in the home improvement industry, then please do not apply for this role. We require sales representatives whom have a track record selling home renovation products and services B2C on pre qualified appointments.

This would suit a direct sales , sales agent .

We are seeking a experienced sales representative from within the home improvements industry, selling conservatories, Windows, Flat Roofs and other products directly to the customer, you need to be self motivated, computer literate and have a track record of closing sales to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational abilities, time management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

You only need apply for this role if you have a minimum of 2 years direct sales experience within our industry.

Duties

• Engage with potential customers to promote and sell products, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products to showcase their features and benefits.
• Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Manage your time efficiently to meet sales targets and deadlines.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to assist in product development.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using IT tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in direct sales within the home improvement industry (min 2 years)
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• A proactive approach with a strong drive to achieve results
• Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients’ needs
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
