Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Caller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our outreach efforts, engaging with potential clients through telemarketing strategies. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction. Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with B2B sales processes will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote products and services.
- Utilise telemarketing techniques to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made and outcomes using Salesforce or other CRM software.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective calling strategies and improve outreach efforts.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and motivation.
