Head of Offerings & Pre-Sales

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Offerings & Pre-Sales to lead strategy and execution across Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Applications, AI, and Blockchain domains.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution architecture, technical leadership, and pre-sales management within global or regional enterprise environments.
This is a senior leadership position offering visa sponsorship and relocation support for qualified professionals who are open to relocating to Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the pre-sales and solution architecture teams.
- Define and execute scalable pre-sales strategies aligned with business growth.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery units to design innovative, client-focused solutions.
- Drive proposal development, solution demonstrations, and client presentations.
- Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to project delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technology leadership
- Strong technical expertise in Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Platforms
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Excellent communication and strategic problem-solving skills
- Exposure to multinational or regional enterprise environments preferred
