Responsibilities
- Clean, process, and validate datasets related to healthcare staffing, placements, and compliance
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain basic dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Perform basic analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in healthcare data
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR and data protection standards
- Collaborate with operations and recruitment teams to understand data needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Public Health, or a related field
- Foundational knowledge of data analysis through academic projects, internships, or personal work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, charts)
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
- Basic understanding of SQL for querying data
- Strong numerical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Keen interest in the healthcare sector
Preferred (Non-Essential) Qualifications
- Experience with R or Python
- Understanding of GDPR and data security principles
- Knowledge of the UK healthcare or staffing industry
