The Role
We are currently seeking motivated Construction Labourers to join our team in Central London. This role involves assisting skilled tradespeople, maintaining site safety and cleanliness, and supporting general site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist tradesmen (carpenters, bricklayers, plasterers, etc.) on-site
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Prepare and clean work areas
- Follow site safety protocols and company procedures
- Carry out basic construction and manual labour duties
- Support supervisors with day-to-day site activities
Visa Sponsorship / Student Applicants
- Work Visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidates.
- Students with construction experience are welcome to apply (subject to visa working hour limits).
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or general labour (preferred)
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Punctual, reliable, and hard-working attitude
- Good communication skills
- Valid CSCS card (or willingness to obtain one)
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work
