Your Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred care to individuals with Learning Disabilities, supporting their independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
You’ll work within local services or bespoke support settings, ensuring compassionate, professional, and high-quality care every shift.

What You’ll Need

• 6+ months’ experience as a Support Worker (essential)
• Passion for helping others and a caring, reliable nature
• Flexibility to travel to different locations in Inverness
