Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Manager to oversee operations across our 7 clinics locations across UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to join a growing healthcare company with visa sponsorship available for qualified international candidates in the UK. The successful candidate will ensure consistent service delivery, operational excellence, and team management across all regional clinics.

Responsibilities

Daily Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day operations across all 7 clinic locations

Ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to company standards

Monitor clinic performance and customer satisfaction levels

Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation across clinics

Handle operational challenges and implement solutions

Travelling to other clinics as per business needs

Staff Management

Lead recruitment processes for all clinic positions

Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for local staff across the clinics

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new employees

Provide ongoing training and professional development for existing staff

Manage staff performance, conduct regular reviews, and address performance issues

Handle staff scheduling, holiday requests, and absence management

Foster positive team culture and maintain staff morale

Compliance & Administration

Ensure all clinics comply with healthcare regulations and company policies

Manage regulatory paperwork and maintain accurate clinic records

Oversee health and safety compliance across all locations

Coordinate CQC inspections and regulatory audits

Maintain staff documentation, training records, and compliance certificates

Handle administrative tasks and reporting requirements

Clinic Auditing & Coverage

Travel regularly to all 7 clinics for operational audits and assessments

Conduct quality assurance checks and implement improvement measures

Cover shifts at clinics as required to maintain service continuity

Provide hands-on support during busy periods or staff shortages

Ensure equipment maintenance and clinic presentation standards

Marketing Support

Assist with basic social media management and content creation

Support local marketing initiatives and promotional activities

Maintain brand consistency across all clinic communications

Coordinate with head office marketing team on regional campaigns

Essential Requirements

Previous management experience in healthcare, retail, or service industry

Proven track record in staff management and team leadership

Experience in recruitment, training, and performance management

Understanding of compliance requirements and regulatory standards

Strong communication, organisational and administrative skills

Practical Requirements

Valid UK driving license (essential)

Own reliable vehicle for travel between clinics

Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the region

Flexibility to cover shifts and work varied hours as required including weekends

Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing

Reporting Structure

Reports to: Operations Director

Manages: Clinic staff across 7 locations (sonographers, scan assistants, supervisors)

Collaborates with: Franchisor teams, including HR, Marketing, and Compliance

Travel Requirements

This role requires extensive travel between 7 clinic locations for:

Regular operational audits and quality checks

Staff meetings and training sessions

Shift coverage as needed

Emergency support and problem resolution

Estimated travel: 60-70% of working time
