Company Overview:
Green Dream Marriage and Consultancy Ltd is a well-established private limited company based in East London. Founded in 2018, we provide a range of services including marriage consultancy, religious services, and community support. We are now expanding and seeking an experienced and motivated HR Officer to join our team.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Human Resources Officer to oversee and support our HR operations and policies. The ideal candidate will know UK employment law, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to support recruitment, compliance, and staff development.
Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes
- Prepare and update HR documents such as employment contracts and policies
- Maintain accurate staff records and manage HR databases
- Handle onboarding and exit procedures
- Ensure compliance with current employment legislation
- Advise management on HR-related matters
- Coordinate staff training and appraisals
- Liaise with external HR and legal consultants as required
Requirements:
- MSc in Human Resource Management, International Business, or equivalent (UK degree preferred)
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality
- Eligible to work in the UK (Skilled Worker visa sponsorship available for the right candidate)
