FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals in a care home or home care setting. This is a rewarding role where you will make a positive impact on the lives of those in need.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting

• Support individuals with mobility and transfers

• Administer medication according to care plans

• Assist with meal preparation and feeding

• Engage in meaningful conversations and provide companionship

• Help individuals with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry

• Maintain accurate records of care provided

• Follow care plans and ensure individual needs are met

You will have

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with individuals, families, and colleagues

• Basic IT skills for documentation purposes

• Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable

Requirement 

• Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

• Experience: Care: 1 year (preferred)

• Language: English (preferred)
