RAYLEIGH, ESSEX | ASSOCIATE DENTIST | PART-TIME | £14 UDA | MIXED PRACTICE | 50% PRIVATE SPLIT | VISA SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE

We’re recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a growing mixed practice in Rayleigh, Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity to take over a stable, established patient list from the previous principal, with excellent scope to develop private income in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
About the Role
● Start date: ASAP
● Days: Part-time (ideally Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – flexible)
● Working hours: 9:00am–5:00pm Monday–Friday (30-minute lunch, flexible)
● UDAs: Approx. 3,000
● UDA rate: £14 (depending on experience)
● Private split: 50%
● Lab bills: 50%
● List: Established principal list with strong private and Denplan base
Practice Details
● 3-surgery practice (expanding to 4 next year and 5 within 3 years)
● Mixed practice (currently 70% NHS / 30% private, with strong shift towards private planned)
● Software: SOE Exact
● Fully digital with Digital X-rays
● CBCT / OPG available
● Equipment: Intraoral scanners, rotary endodontics, implant-focused technology
● On-site Orthodontist
● Visiting Implantologist
● Clinical Lecturer (Barts) on site
● Principal with Restorative Diploma and Implant training
● Large on-site car park plus free street parking
● Excellent transport links – close to Rayleigh & Southend stations (approx. 40 mins to London Liverpool Street), with easy access to A127, A13, A12
Requirements
GDC registered
NHS Performer Number required
VT/DFT completed
Confident, patient-focused clinician
Open to both newly qualified dentists seeking mentorship and experienced associates
Additional Information
Visa sponsorship available for candidates who have completed PLVE
