FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Live-in Carer – SW London

We are recruiting a professional Live-in Carer to provide dedicated support for a female lady with early onset Dementia.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living

• Support with mobility, including safe use of equipment such as a commode and Sara Stedy

• Assist with transfers, positioning, and moving and handling in line with care plans and safety guidelines

• Support with medication reminders

• Prepare meals and maintain a safe, comfortable home environment

• Offer companionship and emotional support

Work schedule 

Part time role 

Requirements:

• Proven experience in live-in care (experience with Dementia desirable)

• Practical experience and confidence in moving and handling, including use of mobility aids such as a commode and Sara Stedy

• Up-to-date moving and handling training (preferred)

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach

• Ability to commit to the full placement period

• Accommodation and meals are provided. Competitive pay rates.

• Language: English (required)
