FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Oyik.ai is a UK-based AI automation and web solutions company serving international clients across multiple industries. We are looking for an experienced Web Designer to join our remote team. This is not an entry-level role we need someone who has hands-on experience designing professional websites and understands what good design looks like. You will be designing websites, landing pages, and digital assets for our UK and international clients.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Design modern, clean, and professional website layouts and landing pages
• Create wireframes, mockups, and full UI designs using Figma
• Design complete website UI from homepage to inner pages
• Work on branding, typography, colour palettes, and visual identity
• Prepare and hand off design files clearly to the development team
• Redesign and improve existing client websites
• Design social media banners, thumbnails, and digital marketing assets
• Take client briefs and turn them into high-quality design concepts
• Ensure all designs are responsive and mobile-friendly
• Maintain design consistency across all pages and platforms
• Collaborate with the web developer and project manager during UK hours
• Attend team calls and be available for communication throughout shift

Work schedule

Working Hours: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK time)

UK Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT/BST

India Time: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST

You will have

• Strong proficiency in Figma (must have)
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
• Ability to design for WordPress using page builders
• Experience with Elementor or Divi
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
• Strong eye for detail, spacing, layout, and typography
• Good English communication skills — written and spoken
• Ability to take feedback and revise designs professionally

Requirement

• Experience with Webflow design
• Knowledge of Adobe XD
• Familiarity with Canva Pro for quick assets
• Experience designing for Shopify stores
• Basic knowledge of motion design or micro-animations
• Familiarity with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly or Midjourney
• Understanding of SEO-friendly design practices
• Working Hours — Very Important
• Requirements
• Minimum 1–3 years of professional web design experience
• Strong portfolio showing real website UI/UX work
• Behance, Dribbble, or personal portfolio link is mandatory
• Applications without a portfolio will not be considered
• Good spoken and written English
• Reliable internet connection and own laptop or desktop
• Must be comfortable working 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST daily
