Salary: £12.90-£13.05 per hour

Your Responsibilities include:

• Provide high quality care and support to residents, ensuring their dignity, comfort and wellbeing are maintained at all times

• Assist with personal care tasks such as washing, grooming, dressing and toileting where required

• Support residents with mobility and encourage independence wherever possible

• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and activities to promote social interaction, wellbeing and a positive daily routine

• Assist residents during mealtimes where required, ensuring nutritional needs are met

• Support with light housekeeping duties, including tidying rooms and helping to maintain a clean, safe and homely environment

• Observe, monitor and report any changes in residents’ health or behaviour to the senior member of staff on duty

• Work as part of the team to ensure high standards of care and safety are maintained

Work schedule

Part time role

You will have 

• Previous experience in a care role is preferred but not essential as training can be provided

• A compassionate, patient and caring nature

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, professional and committed to providing high quality care

• Care home: 1 year (required)

• Language: English (required)
