FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently recruiting for full-time/ part-time/ weekends/ evenings/ daytime/ night-time & live-in carers. We provide sponsorship for full time employment.

We do a minimum of 1 hour calls (95%) – This means more care time with our lovely clients and you earn 1 hour’s pay with 1 client as opposed to many clients.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Companionship

• Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day

• Personal care

• Administering medication

• Assisting Clients with washing and dressing

• Moving and Handling.

• Shopping

• Housekeeping

• Meal preparation

• Taking Clients for appointments or outings

• Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to own vehicle.

Care Assistants pay rates: (rate per hour, inclusive of holiday pay)

• Day Time £16.25

• Weekends £17.37

• Bank Holidays £24.38

• 0.35p/mile

• Live-in: (rate per day, inclusive of holiday pay)

• Low complexity £113.95

• Medium complexity £142.44

• High complexity £170.93
