FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking Agents that will provide inbound calls for non-profit organizations to help with fundraising efforts, including pledge drives and donor campaigns.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound calls

• Building rapport and fostering positive relationships with customers.

• Addressing customer concerns effectively and efficiently.

• Providing tailored solutions and escalating issues when necessary.

Work Schedule

Part-time remote role (hours as agreed with employer).

You Will Have

• 1–3 years of previous customer service, sales or support experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous customer service, sales, or support experience (1–3 years for entry-level roles).

• Tech savvy
