FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a proactive and personable Sales representative to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an opportunity to develop your sales expertise within a dynamic environment, supporting the organisation’s growth and customer satisfaction. Fluency in multiple languages, particularly English and Spanish, is highly desirable to effectively serve our diverse clientele. Your Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs

• Provide detailed product information and advice to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience

• Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities

• Maintain visual merchandising standards to attract customer attention

• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system

• Manage stock levels, organise stock displays, and replenish shelves as needed

• Handle customer enquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette

• Assist in organising promotional events and store layouts

• Support team members with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth store functioning

Work Schedule

In-person role with options for full-time, part-time and permanent employment.

You Will Have

• Fluency in English; other languages is advantageous

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock counts

• Effective time management to prioritise tasks during busy periods

• Demonstrated merchandising abilities to enhance product presentation

• Ability to upsell products tactfully and confidently

• Professional phone etiquette when dealing with customer enquiries or follow-ups

• Organisational skills to maintain an orderly retail environment
