LIPS Healthcare is a private multi-specialty clinic located in Battersea Power Station, London. The clinic provides a broad range of medical, diagnostic, and aesthetic services with an emphasis on clinical excellence, safety, and a premium patient experience.
To deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care across a multispecialty clinic, with a strong focus on aesthetics, wellness, dermatology, and plastics, while supporting smooth clinic flow, excellent patient experience, and full regulatory compliance.
This role is not purely task based. It requires ownership, adaptability, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, patient-facing private clinical environment.
Your Responsibilities include:
Clinical Care Delivery
• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care across all clinic services
• Support and assist in:
• Aesthetic procedures (e.g. injectables support)
• Dermatology procedures (biopsies, excisions)
• Minor surgical procedures under local anaesthetic
• Wellness services (e.g. IV therapy, health screening)
• Perform core nursing duties:
• Phlebotomy, cannulation, observations
• Pre- and post-procedure care
• Patient monitoring and recovery support
• Chaperoning where required
Patients Expereince
• Deliver a professional, calm, and reassuring patient journey
• Communicate clearly and confidently with patients and families
• Maintain dignity, privacy, and comfort at all times
• Act as a key touchpoint ensuring patients feel safe, informed, and cared for
• Clinic Flow & Operational Efficiency
• Support smooth day-to-day clinic operations
• Prepare clinical rooms and equipment ahead of clinics
• Anticipate clinician needs to minimise delays
• Maintain pace without compromising safety
• Actively contribute to reducing patient waiting times and bottlenecks
• Documentation & Digital Systems
• Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation
• Use digital systems and/or hybrid records effectively
• Ensure all entries meet legal, professional, and regulatory standards
• Support data quality for audits and service improvement
Governance, Safety & Compliance
• Adhere to all clinic policies, protocols, and CQC standards
• Actively participate in:
• Incident reporting (e.g. Datix)
• Audits and quality improvement activities
• Infection prevention and control practices
• Ensure safe handling of equipment and clinical waste
• Maintain awareness of both CQC and non-CQC regulated practices
• Stock, Equipment & Environment
• Monitor and manage stock levels and consumables
• Ensure clinical areas are clean, safe, and fully equipped
• Report faults and ensure equipment is maintained appropriately
• Support readiness of all procedure rooms
Leadership & Development
• Take ownership of delegated areas (e.g. infection control, stock, audits)
• Support onboarding and guidance of new or junior staff
• Demonstrate initiative in improving processes and patient flow
• Be open to expanding responsibilities as the clinic grows
Reporting Structure
• Reports to: Clinic Team Leader & Clinic Operations Manager
• Works closely with: Consultants, Doctors, Nurses, HCAs, and Administrative Team
Work Schedule
Full-time 40 hours weekly with weekend flexibility required, on-site at Battersea Power Station clinic.

• Confidence using digital systems

Requirements
• Registered Nurse (NMC Registered)
• Experience in acute, outpatient, or procedural settings
• Competent in core nursing skills (e.g. cannulation, phlebotomy)
• Strong understanding of patient safety and infection control
• Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or minor surgery
• Exposure to private healthcare or clinic-based environments
• Comfortable working in high-throughput, patient-facing services
• Proactive, solution-focused, and adaptable
• Demonstrates initiative and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
• Strong interest in service improvement and clinic operations
