FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Representative at Foundever, you’ll support one of the largest financial providers in the U.S. — no cold calling required! This is an inbound call center environment in the comfort of your own home! We offer paid training that will help prepare you for the launch of this new career.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound customer enquiries providing empathetic solutions plus system navigation efficiently.

• Maintaining reliability across 8-hour shifts between 8am-8pm EST or 12pm-12am EST including weekends.

• Utilising provided equipment plus hardwired internet delivering consistent service quality standards.

• Participating paid training achieving competence supporting financial services customer interactions.

Work Schedule

8-hour shifts during the hours of 8am-8pm EST or 12pm-12am EST, including evening and weekend availability.

You Will Have

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

• 1 year of relevant work experience.

• Open availability during operating hours a must!

• Professional customer service aptitude is essential.

• Customer Service Aptitude: Strong skills in delivering exceptional service.

• Reliability: Consistent dependability and responsibility.

• Critical Thinking: Ability to assess situations and develop empathetic solutions.

• System Navigation: Ability to navigate system tools to search for answers & information.

Requirements

• Provided Equipment: Foundever will ship the necessary equipment.

• Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection. No wireless

• Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production. Cannot be a primary care provider during hours of operation.

• Device Requirements: You’ll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets) for the first few days of training before we ship the equipment. Cell phones are not permitted during training.
