FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Highland Home Carers seeks compassionate Care Assistants delivering personalized home care across Dingwall region. This rewarding role supports client independence through daily living assistance and professional care plan implementation.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) plus mobility support.

• Administering medications per healthcare professional direction maintaining accurate records.

• Providing companionship, emotional support following individualised care preferences.

• Driving between client homes ensuring health/safety protocol compliance.

Work Schedule

28 hours weekly permanent contract serving local home care community.

You Will Have

• Care experience desirable (full training provided) plus basic IT documentation skills.

• Strong English communication (written/verbal) building client/family rapport.

• Valid driving licence advantageous for multi-client home visits.

• Empathy, patience demonstrating excellent interpersonal care capabilities.
