FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

KPMG seeks senior Data Analysts driving Talent & Culture analytics through advanced Power BI dashboard development. This strategic contract role delivers executive insights optimizing HR processes and business decision-making.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end data analytics projects extracting meaningful patterns from T&C datasets.

• Developing Power BI dashboards/reports plus SSRS management reporting for C-suite stakeholders.

• Analyzing multi-source data identifying inconsistencies while improving KPI definitions/metrics.

• Partnering with HRBAs/executives presenting research findings driving data-based decisions.

Work Schedule

Full-time remote contract aligning with corporate reporting timelines.

You Will Have

• 5+ years data analytics/people analytics experience with Master’s degree preferred.

• Advanced Power BI/SSRS proficiency plus SQL, Python and Alteryx programming skills.

• Proven C-suite stakeholder management plus project management expertise.

• Strong pattern recognition presenting complex data insights strategically.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree minimum with demonstrated executive communication/negotiation skills.
