FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Empowering U Healthcare seeks experienced Healthcare Assistants supporting clients with complex needs in home settings. This specialized role delivers clinical care for quadriplegic cerebral palsy, learning disabilities and visual impairment cases.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Providing personal care, PEG/NG medication administration and tracheostomy care (where trained).

• Performing manual handling, safe transfers plus behavioursupport/de-escalation techniques.

• Monitoring health changes, reporting observations and offering emotional companionship.

• Working 2:1 support during 10:00am-8:00pm day shifts serving Birmingham clients.

Work Schedule

Flexible full/part-time including nights, weekends and bank holidays as required.

You Will Have

• Minimum 6 months UK care experience with complex needs background preferred.

• Compassionate, patient approach plus strong communication/teamwork capabilities.

• Full Enhanced DBS plus full UK driving licence (some roles required).

• Flexibility accommodating varied shifts supporting client care continuity.
