FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Brandon Trust seeks compassionate Support Workers to help autistic people and individuals with learning disabilities live fulfilling lives. This person-centred role supports daily activities, personal care and community participation based on individual preferences and goals.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Supporting shopping, cooking, health needs management and daily living skills.

• Providing respectful personal care including washing and dressing assistance.

• Helping individuals pursue hobbies, build routines, attend work or socialise in communities.

• Contributing to care plans and communicating with families and professionals.

Work Schedule

Flexible shifts on 24/7 rota planned in advance, including sleep-ins.

You Will Have

• Kind, empathetic approach with good communication and team working skills.

• Positive attitude, resilience and respect for individual differences.

• Willingness to learn – no prior experience required as full training provided.

Requirements

• Enhanced DBS check required for working with vulnerable adults.
