FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Tandem Vet seeks empathetic Customer Associates to serve as trusted concierge for pet parents, guiding them through veterinary care decisions via phone, chat and email. This remote role shapes first impressions, books appointments seamlessly and surfaces customer insights to improve operations, marketing and the overall veterinary experience.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Engaging pet parents with clarity and warmth to answer service/pricing questions and book clinic appointments.
• Owning smooth customer journeys from consideration to action while communicating clinic availability uniquely.
• Surfacing patterns, friction points and insights to marketing/operations teams for continuous improvement.
• Collaborating cross-functionally as feedback loop between customers and business growth initiatives.
Work Schedule
Flexible part-time/full-time remote arrangements.
You Will Have
• Strong communication skills blending empathy, clarity and confidence in fast-paced environments.
• Detail-oriented multitasking with tech-savviness for CRM/scheduling platforms.

Requirements
• Comfortable in evolving environment spotting patterns and opportunities strategically.
• Customer support, healthcare or veterinary services experience.
