FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Jason Hydraulics seeks a Graduate Design Engineer to handle comprehensive 3D design responsibilities using SolidWorks for hydraulic components and assemblies. This hands-on role involves creating professional drawings, material specification, customer liaison and project management of prototypes within production environment adhering to EN-ISO 4413:2010 safety standards.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Designing hydraulic components/assemblies using SolidWorks/3D CAD with accurate calculations and reasoning.

• Specifying materials, hydraulic seals and parts while maintaining up-to-date drawing records.

• Liaising with customers, MD and colleagues to meet specifications and manage prototype projects.

• Handling drawing queries, corrective actions and process improvements with quality management engineer.

Work Schedule

Full-time permanent position.

You Will Have

• SolidWorks/3D CAD proficiency with understanding of hydraulic design principles.

• Eye for detail, ability to organise information accurately to deadlines.

• Capability to work hands-on alongside production colleagues when required.

Requirements

• Knowledge of hydraulic materials, seals specifications and production tooling considerations.
