FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Monarch Home Healthcare seeks a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to maintain accuracy and integrity of healthcare records supporting patient care and operations. This remote role ensures data confidentiality, compliance with healthcare regulations and smooth administrative workflow through precise patient record management.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Accurately entering/updating patient information, medical records and billing data into electronic databases.

• Verifying data accuracy, correcting discrepancies and maintaining healthcare information security.

• Collaborating with clinical/administrative staff to resolve data issues and generating operational reports.

• Performing data audits, quality checks, routine backups and supporting compliance standards.

Work Schedule

Full-time remote position.

You Will Have

• High school diploma/GED required (associate degree preferred).

• Proven data entry experience, preferably healthcare/medical records environment.

• Strong typing accuracy, EHR systems familiarity and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
