FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

UpCycle Technology Foundation seeks Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound calls for non-profit fundraising campaigns including pledge drives and donor campaigns. This remote role focuses on building donor relationships, addressing concerns and securing contributions through positive customer interactions supporting organizational missions.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound fundraising calls with rapport building and relationship development.

• Addressing donor concerns effectively and providing tailored solutions.

• Escalating complex issues when necessary while maintaining positive interactions.

Work Schedule

Part-time remote position with flexible hours.

You Will Have

• High school diploma or GED.

• 1-3 years customer service, sales or support experience (entry-level considered).

• Technical proficiency and comfort with phone-based client interactions.

Requirements

• Strong customer relationship skills and ability to handle fundraising conversations.
