FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Trust seeks a motivated professional for their Clinical Audit and Effectiveness Team to drive the Quality Assurance agenda across mental health and learning disability services. You’ll facilitate clinical audit programmes, enhance organisational learning, provide specialist effectiveness training and analyse data from serious incidents to improve patient care quality within a busy, forward-thinking directorate.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Supporting development/delivery of prioritised Quality Assurance Programmes and Trust-wide OrganisationalLearning Group.

• Providing clinical effectiveness advice/training to healthcare professionals and analysing learning activity data.

• Communicating findings from clinical audits, effectiveness data and serious incidents to multidisciplinary audiences.

• Facilitating service change through project management, data collection/analysis and improvement planning.

Work Schedule

Full-time hours requiring independent travel across the locality (car access essential, adjustments per Equality Act considered).

You Will Have

• Strong project management, data analysis and communication skills for complex information handling.

• Advanced MS Office proficiency with ability to work autonomously to tight deadlines.

• Experience influencing multidisciplinary teams and managing overlapping projects with attention to detail.

Requirements

• Degree in relevant subject or comparable experience; proven clinical effectiveness/healthcare role background.

• Right to work in UK (no sponsorship available); DBS check required.

• 3+ years clinical audit/effectiveness experience; Clinical Audit qualification; Integrated Governance knowledge.
