FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Three Clover Care seeks compassionate Full-Time Care Assistants to deliver person-centred support helping clients transition from hospital, regain independence and live confidently at home. You’ll follow personalised care plans in a supportive team focused on rehabilitation, with paid training and career progression for impactful domiciliary care.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Providing personal care, medication administration and monitoring vital signs.

• Supporting exercise/rehabilitation, domestic tasks and liaising with district nurses/pharmacies.

• Assisting service users to maximise potential and maintain independence per care plans.

Work Schedule

Shifts 7:00am – 8:30pm, full-time up to 40 hours/week with flexibility for service user needs (minimum 37.5 hours expected).

You Will Have

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential).

• Excellent verbal/written communication, basic IT skills and ability to work independently/team.

• Preferred: 1+ year domiciliary/home care experience (full training provided if not).

Requirements

• Flexibility for varied shifts and ability to read/follow care plans.
