FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Almond Care Support Worker in Croydon supported living homes, you’ll deliver personalised care to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs including daily activities (bathing, dressing, mobility), medication administration, behaviour management, meal preparation, emotional support, and community outings while enjoying visa sponsorship, casual dress, and flexible shifts within specialist provider promoting independence.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Assist daily activities: bathing, dressing, mobility support.

• Administer medication + document accurately per instructions.

• Implement behaviour management for learning disabilities/autism.

• Support food shopping + healthy meal preparation.

• Provide emotional companionship promoting wellbeing.
