FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a DAHC Senior Care Assistant in Leeds supported living services, you’ll lead shifts delivering person-centered care for individuals with mental health needs, managing care plans/risk assessments, supervising junior staff, ensuring CQC compliance, and promoting service user independence/dignity/choice while maintaining accurate records within established care provider focused on mental health specialist.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Deliver high-quality person-centred care in supported living.

• Support mental health service users promoting wellbeing/independence.

• Lead shifts + supervise junior care staff effectively.

• Complete/review care plans + health/social care risk assessments.

Work Schedule

Full-time supported living shift leadership.

Leeds community-based services.

You Will Have 

• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred).

• Strong leadership supervising care teams.

• CQC standards/company policy knowledge.

• Excellent communication + record-keeping skills.

Requirements

• Previous Senior Care Assistant experience essential.

• Mental health support experience mandatory.

• UK Right to Work required.

• Care planning/risk assessment competence.
