FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Lifetime Training Group Health and Social Care Apprenticeship Trainer based in Newcastle, you’ll coach learners at major UK care providers on apprenticeship standards, delivering knowledge/skills/behaviours training during workplace visits with expertise in dementia, learning disabilities, and adult social care while enjoying flexible working, full teaching qualification support, and comprehensive benefits within UK’s largest training provider serving industry-leading names.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Coach workplace learners achieving Health & Social Care apprenticeship standards.

• Deliver knowledge, skills, behaviours training at learner workplaces.

• Support apprentices working for UK’s leading care organisations.

• Work autonomously meeting targets and deadlines.

Work Schedule

Full-time field-based coaching role.

Flexible working + flexi-time options available.

Early Friday finish weekly.

Newcastle upon Tyne base with workplace visits.
