FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Workday Analyst at Grafana Labs, you’ll configure and support the Workday platform across HCM, Absence, Global Benefits, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, and Journeys modules, building custom reports, leading enhancement projects, managing business processes/security, supporting bi-annual releases, creating EIB templates, and delivering change management training within this remote-first open-source powerhouse serving 20M+ users and 3,000+ enterprise clients. This 12-month FTC demands 1-2+ yearsWorkday HCM experience within high-growth startup environment, suiting organised, analytical customer service superstars thriving on constant change and cross-functional collaboration.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Configure/support Workday HCM + modules (Absence, Benefits, Talent).

• Build custom reports (Advanced/Matrix/Transposed) using calculated fields.

• Lead enhancement projects managing business processes/security.

• Support bi-annual releases through impact analysis/testing.

• Create EIB templates, change management documentation/training.

Work Schedule

Full-time 12-month fixed term contract.

100% remote within global EMEA team.

30 days annual leave + 3 Grafana Shutdown Days.

You Will Have 

• Exceptional project management multitasking across priorities.

• Advanced Workday reporting (calculated fields, prompts, filters).

• Customer service “go-to person” building global relationships.

• Analytical spreadsheet skills drawing data insights/recommendations.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years Workday HCM configuration/support experience.

• Experience with additional modules (Absence/Benefits/Talent ideal).

• High-growth startup/change management environment exposure.

• Remote working proficiency across EMEA time zones.
