FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As an ICare Group Home Care Worker, you’ll deliver domiciliary personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting), daily living support (meals, medication prompts, shopping, housekeeping), companionship, and wellbeing checks across flexible 7am-10pm shifts while driving your own insured vehicle between client homes, enjoying weekly pay, fast-track paid training with Care Certificate, £125 welcome/referral bonuses, Blue Light Card discounts, and progression within sustainability-focused care provider cutting emissions 88.8% toward 2030 Net Zero.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Deliver personal care maintaining client dignity/comfort.

• Support daily activities: meals, medication, shopping, housekeeping.

• Provide companionship reducing isolation, wellbeing checks.

• Travel between clients using own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).

• Follow privacy/safety standards, contribute service improvements.

Work Schedule

Zero-hour flexible: Monday-Sunday, 7am-10pm shifts.

Work availability matching client demand.

Community visits across service area.

You Will Have 

• Genuine care passion (experience preferred, training provided).

• Positive, collaborative fast-paced team worker.

• Professional diligence managing care tasks.

• Flexible adapting to varying client schedules.

Requirements

• Own vehicle + Class 1 Business Insurance (essential).

• Flexible availability including weekends 7am-10pm.

• Background checks consent (DBS equivalent).

• Excellent client/family communication skills.
