FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Care Assistant at Brunelcare’s Saffron Gardens Care Home in Whitehall, Bristol, you’ll deliver outcome-focused support helping residents maintain maximum independence through person-centred physical/social care, promoting high health standards, creating homely environments, and demonstrating daily kindness within award-winning charity supporting older people across South West. This full-time role welcomes first-time carers, returners, and career changers offering fully-funded Medicash Health Plan (save £995 on health essentials), free enhanced DBS, Employee Health Assistance, and reinvested profits funding service excellence—no sponsorship available.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Deliver individualised care focusing on physical/social wellbeing.

Work Schedule
Full-time care home shifts.
Saffron Gardens Whitehall, Bristol location.
