FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Learning and Development Trainer – IT at Shaw Trust, you’ll design, deliver, and evaluate IT training interventions strengthening colleagues’ digital skills, system proficiency, and technology confidence within this social purpose organisationtackling inequality and promoting social mobility. This home-based role with nationwide travel supports Shaw Trust’s mission through targeted learning programmes, requiring a supporting statement with applications and a 10-minute IT-related presentation during interviews. Focused on creating inclusive training that breaks down digital barriers, you’ll contribute to their 2030 Strategic Directive while accessing extensive employee benefits and diversity network support.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Design and deliver IT learning interventions improving system use and digital skills.

• Evaluate training effectiveness supporting organisationaldigital transformation.

• Travel nationwide delivering face-to-face and virtual IT training sessions.

• Collaborate across teams identifying digital skills development needs.

Work Schedule

Full-time home-based with nationwide travel requirements.

You Will Have 

• Expertise across IT systems, applications, and digital transformation.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing/delivering IT/digital skills training.

• Strong presentation and adult learning facilitation skills.

• Ability to travel nationwide (home-based role).

• Supporting statement essential with application.
