Junior Web Designer

Dead On Digital is a growing digital agency specialising in pay-monthly websites, SEO, and digital marketing for small businesses across the UK. As our client base continues to expand, we’re looking for a Junior Web Designer to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality WordPress websites.

This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their web design career who wants hands-on experience, proper training, and a clear progression path.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and building client websites using WordPress
• Working from briefs to create clean, functional, and user-friendly designs
• Collaborating with account managers and the wider team to deliver projects on time
• Making content updates, layout changes, and basic design improvements
• Learning our internal processes, systems, and design standards

What We’re Looking For

• A basic understanding of web design and WordPress
• A good eye for layout, structure, and usability
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve quickly
• Strong attention to detail and good time management
• Someone reliable, motivated, and keen to build a career in the digital space

Previous experience is desirable but not essential. We’re more interested in attitude, potential, and a genuine interest in web design.

Training & Progression

Full training will be provided. You’ll be supported by experienced designers and allowed to develop your skills across web design, user experience, and digital best practices. As the business grows, there will be opportunities to progress.

Working Arrangements

• Hybrid role
• Initially full-time in the office during training
• Hybrid working is available once fully onboarded and confident in the role
