Step Into Teaching is offering an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant secondary school in Boston.

About Step Into Teaching:

Step Into Teaching is a dynamic program designed to help graduates gain hands-on experience in education while inspiring young minds. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their journey into teaching or SEN-focused careers.

The Role:

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Work closely with students with a range of Special Educational Needs, providing tailored support to help them thrive.

Assist teachers in planning and delivering inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners.

Provide one-to-one and small group interventions to support academic and emotional development.

 Help create a positive and supportive learning environment where all students can succeed.

Collaborate with staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.

This position offers a unique chance to make a meaningful impact while developing your skills and understanding of SEN education.

About You :

We are looking for someone who:

– Holds a bachelor’s degree in any subject.

– Has a genuine passion for working with young people, particularly those with additional needs.

– Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Is patient, empathetic, and adaptable to diverse learning styles.

– Demonstrates a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
