DominusBuild is a renovation and furnishing company providing design-to-build services for restaurants, commercial offices, and residential properties. We work closely with property owners, real estate professionals, and hospitality businesses in London.

We are looking for a motivated Private Assistant Intern to support the Business Director with daily operations, research, and coordination tasks. This role is ideal for students interested in business, construction, real estate, or startups.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Business Director with daily administrative tasks
• Conduct market research on restaurants, property owners, and potential clients
• Help organize networking events and business meetings
• Manage emails, scheduling, and meeting arrangements
• Assist with social media and marketing content
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated (Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Architecture, or related fields preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Interest in construction, property, or business development
• Language: Ukrainian / Russian/ English

Preferred

• Mandarin Chinese or Japanese speaking is a plus
