At AliceCare@Home, we support older adults across Nottingham to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes.

Our Home Care Assistants provide essential support including personal care, practical help, and companionship — making a meaningful difference every day.

We are now recruiting local carers in Nottingham to join our care team.

Hours & Availability

You must be able to:

• Work a minimum of 25 hours per week
• Cover evening shifts (typically 5pm–10pm)
• Work alternate weekends

Pay & Benefits (from 1 April)

• £14.75 per hour basic pay
• Plus 12.07% rolled-up holiday pay (paid with each hour worked)

The Role Includes

Requirements

• UK driving licence and access to a car
• Fluent spoken English essential
• Reliable, respectful, and caring
• Right to work in the UK with unrestricted working hours

No previous care experience required — full training provided.
