At AliceCare@Home, we support older adults across Nottingham to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes.
Our Home Care Assistants provide essential support including personal care, practical help, and companionship — making a meaningful difference every day.
We are now recruiting local carers in Nottingham to join our care team.
Hours & Availability
You must be able to:
- Work a minimum of 25 hours per week
- Cover evening shifts (typically 5pm–10pm)
- Work alternate weekends
Pay & Benefits (from 1 April)
- £14.75 per hour basic pay
- Plus 12.07% rolled-up holiday pay (paid with each hour worked)
- Mileage paid between care visits

The Role Includes

Requirements
- UK driving licence and access to a car
- Fluent spoken English essential
- Reliable, respectful, and caring
- Right to work in the UK with unrestricted working hours
No previous care experience required — full training provided.
