FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities As a Care Assistant, your duties may include:
- Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, continence care)
- Supporting with mobility and transfers (using equipment where required)
- Meal preparation and assistance with eating/drinking
- Administering or prompting medication (where trained)
- Companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping (tidying, laundry, cleaning)
- Shopping and supporting clients with appointments
- Keeping accurate daily care notes and reporting concerns
- Supporting clients with dementia, disability, or long-term conditions
What We’re Looking For
- Caring, kind and respectful attitude
- Â Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel between clients (drivers preferred)
- Right to work in the UK
Expected hours: 30 per week
