We are recruiting experienced, caring, and compassionate care staff to support our growing team in making a difference in people’s lives in the Braunstone, Enderby, Blaby, Market Harborough, Lutterworth Area of Leicestershire. Job Responsibilities:

• Your role as a Home Care Assistant will be to support our clients with all aspects of their daily lives at their homes, including;
• To assist those who use our service with all aspects of personal care including, washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals, help to get up or going to bed.
• Supervision of medication
• Companionship – offering emotional support, keeping one another company, and providing excellent customer service
• Chores and odd-jobs – such as helping with household chores like cleaning, laundry, meals, or errands.
• To support and encourage those who use our service to participate in daily activities of their choice such as day trips, recreational or leisure activities, crafts, reading, and writing.
• To follow all care plan instructions and guidance without change unless directed by the Registered Manager.
• Ensure all documentation relevant to those who use our service is accurate and up-to-date at all times and uploaded on our app.
• To support and enable access to, and work collaboratively with, other health and social care professionals.
• To remain in-date for all mandatory training and demonstrate competence in the role when required to do so.
• To promote and follow to Sylvian Care’s values at all times and deliver high standard of care at all times.
• Excellent English communication skills, are essential for this role to effectively collaborate and communicate with our clients. Preferably be a driver.
