Evening & Overnight Chat Sales Operator (Remote)
Compensation: Commission-Based (Commission on All Sales Generated)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, persuasive, and creative Evening & Overnight Chat Sales Operator to drive revenue through engaging, character-based conversations for an established creator. This is a commission-based sales role focused on converting conversations into paid content purchases during evening and overnight hours.

You will be responsible for building rapport, creating interest, and confidently guiding subscribers toward purchases using approved content, scripts, and character guidelines. No personal photos, personal identity, or off-brand content will ever be used—only provided materials.

 Responsibilities

• Actively sell and upsell digital content through engaging, persuasive chat conversations.
• Drive conversions by identifying subscriber interest and confidently closing sales.
• Maintain a consistent character, tone, and brand voice at all times.
• Create compelling scenarios, stories, and engaging dialogue that lead naturally to purchases.
• Follow sales scripts, pricing guidelines, and boundaries while sounding natural and authentic.
• Work evening and overnight shifts, including at least one weekend night.
• Track conversations, sales performance, and conversion metrics.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• The hours will be 8pm or midnight for 4 hours

Requirements

• Strong written English with excellent grammar and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven ability or strong interest in sales, persuasion, or commission-based work.
• Confidence in guiding conversations toward paid content in a professional, brand-safe manner.
• Ability to role-play convincingly using only provided photos, scripts, and brand assets.
• Self-disciplined, results-driven, and able to stay focused during evening and overnight hours.
• Comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment.
• Experience in sales, online chat sales, customer engagement, or creative writing is a strong plus.
