Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Senior/Master Vehicle Technician for an established and highly reputable BMW & Land Rover/JLR specialist workshop in the United Kingdom.
This is a visa-sponsored relocation opportunity under the UK Skilled Worker Visa route.

The ideal candidate must have strong dealership experience, advanced diagnostics expertise, and the ability to relocate to the UK without dependants as per visa rules.

 Responsibilities:1. Advanced Diagnostics (Primary Focus)

• Conduct complex diagnostics on BMW and Land Rover/JLR vehicles
• Use ISTA/D, SDD, Pathfinder and other OEM diagnostic tools
• Diagnose CAN-Bus faults, module communication issues, intermittent electrical faults
• Perform ECU coding, programming and electrical repair

2. Repairs & Maintenance

• Handle all levels of vehicle repair including:

engine timing, clutch replacements, transmission repairs, brake systems, steering, ADAS

• Perform routine and complex servicing following OEM standards
• Ensure high-quality workmanship with a “first-time fix” approach

3. Engine Remanufacturing Support

• Assist in precision dismantling, measuring and rebuilding of BMW/JLR engines
• Training provided if candidate meets diagnostic competency requirements

4. Workshop Compliance & Mentoring

• Guide and assist junior technicians
• Complete digital job cards, service reports and warranty documentation
• Follow UK H&S and Sponsor Licence compliance procedures

Mandatory Requirements (Apply ONLY if you meet these):

• Minimum 5+ years franchised dealership experience with BMW OR Land Rover/JLR
• Strong background in advanced vehicle diagnostics & electrical repair
• Qualification equivalent to UK NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance
• Valid driving licence
• Willing to relocate to the UK without dependants
• Ability to pass a UK technical trade test
• Strong English communication preferred
