Position:Live-In Support Worker
Salary:£700.00 per week

Overview
As a Live-In Support Worker, you will provide attentive, respectful support in a person’s home, helping them maintain comfort, dignity and as much independence as possible. You will build a trusting relationship, follow agreed care and support routines and communicate changes clearly. Your impact: thoughtful daily support helps the person feel safer and more at ease, while giving their family and management team clearer insight into their wellbeing.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, adapting your approach to the person’s preferences and abilities, in a Supported Living setting
- Support meal preparation, mobility and medication routines in line with agreed instructions; and seek assistance when needed.
- Offer calm, consistent support with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, learning disability or mental health challenges and report concerns promptly.
- Working within a wider supportive team and under attentive management
- Keep clear care records and work respectfully with families and other care professionals.
Experience
Required: Practical caregiving skills, patience, clear communication and the ability to support personal care, meals and safe daily routines. Preferred: Experience in Supported Living contexts working with people living with various diagnoses, care, first aid, and medication administration.

Licence/Certification:
- Level 2 in Health and Social Care (required)
