Position:Domiciliary Care Worker
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Job Type:Permanent | Full Time | part time
Work location:Chippenham, South West England, England
We are looking for kind, compassionate and reliable care workers who share our values of dignity, respect, honesty and promoting independence.
You will provide personal care, companionship and reablement support, helping people rebuild everyday skills and live as independently as possible in their own homes.
Essential requirements:
- A minimum of one year’s experience in a care role.
- A valid driving licence and ability to drive between care visits.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A clear understanding of duty of candour, including being open and honest when things go wrong and reporting incidents promptly.
- An understanding of safeguarding guidelines, including recognising, recording and reporting concerns about abuse or neglect.
- A kind, patient and reliable approach to person-centred care.
- A commitment to following care plans, maintaining accurate records and promoting independence through reablement.
Sponsorship opportunities are subject to eligibility, role requirements and applicable immigration rules.
Expected hours: 39.0 per week
